  • During your assignment you will support our team in a wide range of topics within strategic marketing, with a clear focus on innovation management.
  • You will evaluate, utilize, and integrate modern AI tools and generative workflows to optimize daily operations and make processes more efficient.
  • Furthermore, you will take ownership of organizing, documenting, and following up on the Innovation Steering Board, serving as the central contact person for product managers submitting project reviews.
  • Finally, you will actively participate in the continuous development of our innovation processes and support business field analyses as well as documentation maintenance.
  • Education: studies in the field of Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); high affinity for and initial hands-on exposure to modern AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot, Gemini), prior experience with Power BI or Atlassian Confluence is a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: you excel at delivering reliable, structured work independently, while motivating yourself and communicating effectively within any team
  • Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (attendance approx. one day per week, preferably Tue./Thu.)
  • Enthusiasm: for strategic and process-oriented topics; keen interest in innovation management, future technologies, and continuous process optimization
  • Languages: fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: min. 6 months – 10-15 h/week (extension possible)
