Education

You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or a related field.

Experience and Expertise

• You have professional experience as a quality engineer .
• You possess a strong understanding of quality management and the requirements of a quality management system.
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in leading teams (e.g., as a group leader) or managing projects.
• Additionally, you have in-depth knowledge of external and internal standards (e.g., ISO, Bosch CDs) relevant to your area of expertise.

Personality

You present yourself in an open and confident manner. You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities when necessary. You communicate effectively across different hierarchical levels and can quickly learn in various fields.

You enjoy traveling and working in a cross-cultural environment.

Language

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
