In addition to core HR systems, you will spearhead modernization by integrating Generative AI (AskBosch, RAG frameworks, AI agents) , Robotic Process Automation (RPA) , and cloud-native integrations on SAP BTP and Azure .

  • COMPAS & SAP HCM Ecosystem: Oversee the technical architecture for Bosch internal organizational management, company code/personnel area structures, personnel administration, infotypes, time management, and payroll processing interfaces.

3. Generative AI & Intelligent Automation Enablement

  • GenAI Integration: Design enterprise-grade GenAI patterns (RAG pipelines, enterprise LLM orchestration via LangChain/LlamaIndex, AskBosch integration, and autonomous agents) to augment HR operations and self-service.
  • RPA & Process Automation: Architect automated end-to-end workflows using RPA platforms ( Automation Anywhere , UiPath ) and cloud automation tools to eliminate manual repetitive tasks across HR shared services.
