[SO] Requirement Management Support (Japanese + English required)

Your main responsibility would be:

• Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per request.
• Ensure consistency of attribute, layouts for all modules.
• Reflect changes of specification into system when having updates.
• Develop and manage project metrics.
• Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report...
• Read and write / modify simple scripts.
• Translation of technical documents between Japanese and English.
• Prepare Software QG on One-Q tool.
• Follow up VTC rating
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration or relevant subjects.
• Proficient in both Japanese and English speaking and writing skills. (JLPT N2 & IELTS 6.5 or above)
• Basic coding/scripting skills: Ability to read and write simple code or scripts
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• At least 2 years of working experience is preferred.
