• Ensure the normal operation of responsible production process in CngP
• Focus on the process improvement for MAE
• Eliminate failures in the manufacturing processes via systematic approach.
• Analysis the root cause of quality incident related to MAE process, and lessons learnt sharing.
• New process development, application and release(PQG2/3/4), MAE localization supporting from process point view .
• Coordination and support of international process teams as lead plant function.
• Mechanical manufacturing and automation
• Working experience with automotive industry is preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, automation, material and knowledge for DC motor, knowledge for production process of DC motor, knowledge for assembly solutions.
• Listening, speaking, reading and writing.
