Roles & Responsibilities :
SAP FSA Consultant to configure, extend and integrate SAP Field Service and Asset Management within a customer engagement landscape serving multiple business units.
- Core FSA Configuration & Mobile Solution
- End-to-End Service Execution Setup: Configure the entire service lifecycle flow (Service Call ? Activity ? Assignment ? Work Order), status schemas, and dispatching rules.
- Master Data Management: Maintain FSA foundational master data, including business partners, equipment, functional locations, items/warehouses, service contracts, skills, and territories.
- Dispatching & Planning Board: Configure planning boards, technician utilization logic, automated scheduling/dispatch policies, and custom filters/views.
- Smartforms & Validation Logic: Build dynamic Smartform checklists incorporating conditional logic, scripted validations, and standardized PDF report generation.
- Mobile Experience & Offline Design: Design technician mobile UIs, screen layouts, user-defined fields (UDFs), role-based permissions, and robust offline sync behavior.
- Effort & Expense Tracking: Set up accurate time, material, mileage, and expense capture to enable seamless downstream confirmation and billing.
- S/4HANA Integration (Proaxia): Own data replication (orders, equipment, confirmations) via the Proaxia connector, including queue monitoring and issue resolution.
- Technical S/4 Debugging: Troubleshoot replication failures across the full chain and assist with ABAP BAdIs and custom mappings.
- Cloud Integration (CPI): Design and maintain iFlows, Groovy scripts, and adapters connecting SAP Service Cloud (C4C) with FSA.
- Business Rules & Extensions: Write FSA Business Rules for automation, build Shell SDK/BTP custom extensions, and utilize Data/Query APIs.
- Data Loads & Analytics: Manage data migration via Data Loader/APIs and build operational reports and dashboards.
- Delivery & Support: Estimate user stories, execute unit/UAT testing, produce technical documentation, and support go-lives and quarterly SAP release updates.
Educational qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years hands-on FSA implementation and support experience, covering at least two full project lifecycles.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
- Demonstrable configuration depth across Master Data, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, screen configurations, UDFs, business rules, roles and access rights.
- Practical experience with the FSA Mobile app, including offline scenarios and technician-side troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of the FSA Data API and Query API, OAuth2 authentication, and FSA's DTO / object model / Micro Services.
