- Assist the department in achieving organizational objectives.
- Plant Project Manager: Lead the execution of new product industrialization projects, customer variant projects, series care and engineering change projects, ensuring on-time and efficient delivery. Oversee customer sample build activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with quality standards and specifications. Organize customer visits during the project phase to maintain alignment and obtain feedback on progress.
- Global Engineering Change Coordinator: Lead and facilitate regular team review meetings, monitoring and tracking the implementation of ECRs in compliance with Bosch Central Directives, and KPIs reporting.
- Trial Order Coordinator (Glow and Heater Control Unit): Coordinate trial order activities ensuring smooth execution and progress tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate superior to support organizational needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Project management
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/product engineering roles , with at least 1 year in project management .
- Hands-on expertise in project management knowledge areas (preferably PMI® standards).
- Automotive industry experience is a big advantage, especially familiarity with IATF 16949 standards .
- PMP certification is highly preferred, reflecting your project management excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
- A confident communicator, capable of delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences
