Product Controller

• Act as a Value Stream Controller for the assigned business area, with a focus on:
• Monthly international business reviews.
• Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Actual budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Preparation and support of management reports.
• Perform profitability calculations to support new business opportunities and product relocation projects to Thailand.
• Manage pass-through business controlling , with a focus on P&L steering and profitability monitoring .
• Prepare monthly Value Stream cost overviews and continuously improve cost transparency.
• Act as a business partner to Cost Center Responsible Managers , including budget monitoring, variance analysis, and providing financial transparency.
• Drive the continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes , including the integration and application of AI solutions .
• Additional tasks assignments by Manager.

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Good command of English , with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines .
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership .
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills , with the ability to understand complex business scenarios.
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement of existing tools and processes .
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams , collaborating across departments, locations, and different organizational levels.
• Strong presentation and communication skills , with the ability to present financial insights to plant, business unit, regional, and executive management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools , such as Power BI or Tableau , is an advantage.
• Previous work experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automation or programming tools , such as VBA or Python , is an advantage.
