In order to enhance customer benefits and competitiveness, the basic functions of procurement in our company focus on central range. Centralized procurement determines the

sourcing strategies of Bosch Group and supervises compliance of regulations which bind on Bosch Group all over the world. Moreover, raw materials, products and services used

by many organizational units in Bosch Group should be purchased intensively, so that Bosch Group can maintain a unified market image, and tap saving potential.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Cost reduction by PEN Consulting and support in negotiation projects

Contribute to cost reduction by providing support in negotiation projects of purchasing organizations of all the PUx, business units, and divisions.

Support is also offered to other functions like sales, logistics etc.

2. PEN-Community: build/maintain networks of experts

  • Organize and participate NEXT meetings (MAG: Mechanism of advanced negotiation applying game theory) in region as in previous years
  • Develop, participate and establish Brown Bag meetings (BIC: Bilateral negotiation with conflict resolution), frequency to be decided

3. PEN-Campus: develop/conduct trainings

  • Keep and extend negotiation capabilities in RB purchasing organization by extended training portfolio
  • Conduct SCA-ADV01, -ADV02, -ADV03, NEG09 etc. in established and new formats (e.g. as online trainings).
  • Interview of the customer needs, and co-design the contents and coordinate the customized negotiation workshops according to customer needs.

4. Participate and involved in the digital product NiboPro, support the product development and enrich the contents to satisfy the IBP requirements.

5. Promotion and marketing of PEN services related activities also need to be coordinated as project/event managemen

1. Graduates of game theory, or engineering, natural science, mathematics, business administration, national economy or similar majors (masters/ doctors)

2. Have knowledge and experience in game theory; it is better for you have the experience of applying game theory in negotiations. Or > 5+ years working experience in commercial

purchasing, technical purchasing, commercial sales

3. Project management experience will be a plus

4. Outstanding abstract ability.

5. Be innovated, passionate, Self-motivation, autonomous working spirit

6. Enjoy and implement strategic thinking.

7. Experience in training, moderation skill and teaching.

8. Good internal and external communication skills and Influence capability

9. Be fluent in English and you'd better master knowledge of other languages
