- Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, productivity, and OEE targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, reducing waste, and improving FPY and process quality.
- Monitor production performance, downtime, and output data, and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) reviews and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, 5S practices, and operational procedures.
- Coach, develop, and manage Production Line Leaders and Operators to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct operator training and competency development, including cross-training programs and TWI methodology implementation.
- Manage and resolve production issues, including quality concerns, equipment breakdowns, and line stoppages.
- Support TPM activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
- Review production logbooks and ensure effective communication between shifts.
- Promote employee engagement through suggestion and improvement programs.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure production readiness for audit activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Experience in supervising production operators and leading shop floor activities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiar with quality tools and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, RCA, SPC, FMEA & Quality Improvement Tools).
- Knowledge of operator training methodologies, preferably TWI (Training Within Industry).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with good analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
