Junior Calibration Sub Project Manager

What will you be responsible for?

You will join the Engineering team in Turin, contributing to calibration and development activities related to the transition to a new control unit.

• You will coordinate project activities related to the transition to the new control unit, supporting the achievement of project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• You will collaborate with the different calibration teams involved in EPM, Knock, UEGO, HEGO, and ASMOD, ensuring effective technical and operational coordination.
• You will perform I/O calibration activities, test-bench testing, and vehicle troubleshooting.
• You will support engine and vehicle development through experimental validation activities and analysis of test results.
• You will analyze fleet data, identify potential issues, and contribute to defining the relevant corrective actions.
• You will be directly involved in customer interactions for the management of technical and project-related topics.
• You will collaborate with international teams and internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of project objectives.

Education

Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Experience and technical skills

• You have gained initial experience in engine calibration and have a good understanding of ECU systems.
• You are familiar with software troubleshooting, testing, and validation activities on test benches and/or vehicles.

Organizational skills

• You have good coordination, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• You are able to work in a structured way and interact effectively with different stakeholders and technical teams.

Personality

You have a practical, hands-on mindset and are proactive, curious, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment combining laboratory activities, data analysis, vehicle testing, and direct customer interaction.

Languages

Fluent in Italian and good command of English.

Availability

You are willing to travel for business purposes, approximately 20% of the time.

In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 30. 000 - €40. 000 for a 40-hour work week.
