💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals.

As an Intern in Supply Chain Management, you will actively support operations and drive learning initiatives in collaboration with seasoned team members.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Supply Chain Analysis & Supplier Coordination: Play a key role in maintaining supply continuity by tracking supplier performance and spotting potential supply risks early. Lead and facilitate weekly order status reviews with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Leverage data-driven insights to identify supply risks and recommend actionable solutions that boost fulfillment performance.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Drive S&OP supply validation by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing critical supply chain data. Dive deep into purchase orders, forecasts, supplier delivery metrics, customer backlogs, and operational KPIs to uncover trends and opportunities. Transform raw data into actionable insights that optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Digitalization & Process Optimization: Take ownership of Power BI dashboard development and Power Query model optimization to eliminate manual workflows, visualize key trends, and monitor operational KPIs in real-time. Champion digital transformation initiatives and contribute to process improvement projects that enhance team efficiency.
• Supply Planning & Execution: Partner with source planners to execute the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process effectively. Manage purchase order planning and release activities within SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA environments. Support supply constraint management, scenario planning, and replenishment analysis to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Master Data Management & Governance: Ensure supply chain master data integrity by maintaining and validating critical information across systems. Support data governance frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen data quality and process compliance.

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

Must-Haves:

Education:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Available for a Work-Study Program or Work Attachment lasting approximately one year

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis techniques)
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and creating data visualizations

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent multitasking and prioritization capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in spoken and written English
• Self-driven, proactive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for supply chain excellence and process improvement

Preferred/Nice-to-Haves:

Technical Skills:

• Python knowledge for data analysis and process automation
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) environments

Domain Knowledge:

• Background in international logistics, freight documentation, import/export procedures, or dangerous goods compliance.
