IN_RBIN_Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer_Project Management (Member) : PS-GH/PJM-IN

Job purpose / Objective :

The purpose of this position is to execute component project management for GI BU in India (PIC E projects and work packages).

Project Management Process

Collect project data to facilitate customer project acquisition. Facilitate seamless execution of project post acquisition - from project development phase to series release phase. Manage manufacture relocation topics also.

System & Process

Define project charter, align with necessary stakeholders for timely closure of open topics including risk release

Document as per project requirement/progress systematically and participate/ lead audits with necessary preparation

Escalation and Risk Managemen t:

Escalate in case of deviations/risk, coordinate, support & ensure execution of mitigation plan along with CFT, report cost impact and obtain management decision/approvals.

Capacity and Budget Management

Track project efforts and budget and align with team leader and obtain support/decision

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile)
• MBA (desirable)

0-3 years of experience in execution of project management
