• Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
• 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
• Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
• Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
• Process,Customer Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
• PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
• New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)
• Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.
• CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
• Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.

BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering

Technical

Engineering Drawing Knowledge,

Process Capability/Statistical Process Control (SPC),Control Plan ,FMEA ,7QC tools,

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T),Measurement system Analysis,

4M process & product knowledge,PDCA ,Failure mode concepts

Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, DOE,PDCA,

Ability to create and develop Dashboards (Tablue /Power BI) to analyze failure wrt his/her process.

As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently. Has knowledge how to coach others.
