IN_Bosch Rexroth India_Engineer / Executive_Procurement Planner

• Purchase Order management (Create/Update/Delete) with overseas Vendors.
• Monitoring stock level in the warehouse.
• Proactive reporting of components availability for the plant and ensure on-time escalation.
• Evaluate supplier’s performance based on the organization’s criteria.
• Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders (Suppliers and freight forwarders)
• Conduct weekly meetings with suppliers for delivery evaluation and performance.
• Monitoring inbound schedule for stock availability
• Ensure optimum level of Inventory in Plant.
• Team coordinating and responsibilities for targets.

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of experience

Preferred Skills / Exposure:

➢ Good Communication, Interpersonal and collaboration skills

➢ Willingness to work with smart techniques.

➢ Well versed with soft skills like Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.

➢ SAP knowledge MM Module

➢ Power BI (Preferred)
