  • Enhance the candidate experience by reviewing and refreshing job advertisement content and supporting candidate-focused digital initiatives
  • Support vendor relationships related on prescreening/onboarding activities
  • Contribute to career site projects, helping create engaging content and experiences for different talent audiences
  • Represent Bosch at university and early-talent events, helping us build relationships with students and future candidates
  • Support recruitment marketing channels, including Bosch's presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed

  • You bring a strong customer-service mindset and enjoy helping others
  • You're creative and comfortable bringing forward new ideas or challenging the status quo
  • You're interested in social media, employer branding, recruiting, marketing, communications or the candidate experience
  • You have an interest in using data, analytics and trends to inform decisions
  • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Analytics, Glassdoor, Brazen, Handshake or Synthesia is a plus
