- Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboard.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Identify manual HR processes that can be improved through automation.
- Assist in developing automation solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot.
- Support testing and implementation of HR automation projects.
- Explore and apply AI solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
- Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support the creation of documentation and user guides for automation solutions.
- Support HR digital transformation projects, including onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning administration.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
- Familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel Automation such as Power Query, VBA, or scripting)
- Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to explore innovative digital solutions.
- Full-time paid internship
- For 3-6 months period
- Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program)
