In this role, you will lead the global team responsible for streamlining, digitalizing, and automating core business processes within budgeting, performance management, and investment planning for our global mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Team Leadership: You will directly lead and develop a diverse team of over 70 business and process consultants spread across more than 25 locations worldwide, supported by regional lead managers.
  • Digital Transformation: Together with your regional leads, you will drive strategic digital transformation programs, modernize financial operations, and oversee global rollouts.
  • Capability & Talent Building: You will define and shape the future skill sets of your global expert network, aligning talent capabilities with broader organizational and functional needs.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the primary global contact for regional offices and legal entities, helping them successfully adopt, run, and maintain standard budgeting and investment processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive sustainable process improvements and monitor success using key performance indicators (KPIs). You will actively foster the development of cutting-edge solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, low-code platforms, and advanced analytics .
  • Work experience in the automotive industry with sound overall Business Process knowledge;
  • Ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional team environment in a global set up;
  • Experience in leading an expert team or project team;
  • Experience in Controlling, Finance processes and IT environment (esp. R/3, S/4))
  • PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent;
  • Living motivation and empowerment of people, good interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Self-organized, structured, responsible, entrepreneurial, goal & future-oriented;
  • Ability to coordinate a larger number of activities;
  • Considering schedules and priorities;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English required, German optional).
