Provide analytical support to controlling group to facilitate management decision making in the areas of Plant Result and main responsible for reporting activities.

  • Result analysis of actuals vs Current Forecast vs Plan for total Plant, ME division and each internal Product Team for customer divisions.
  • Knowledge of structure and contents in a Profit and Loss Statement.
  • Coordination of plant monthly and quarterly forecasts P&L.
  • Coordination of month end closing activities within cross functional controlling group (CTG2).
  • Analysis of Other Income and Expenses along with accounting group.
  • Responsible SAP process owner for all activities relating to result controlling (RPC): lead support in plant for problem resolution and setup, maintain and build network with ICO and BD organizations to ensure timely resolution to technical issues, drive smooth result planning process in SAP.
  • Drive reconciliation process between accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) to ensure minimal impacts at year end.
  • Prepare and present to plant management financial information in a concise and understandable way.
  • Main contact with Internal Bosch reporting stakeholders (Germany, North America, Mexico, etc.)
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or related
  • Advanced English
  • MS Office, excel intermediate to advanced level
  • SAP knowledge – intermediate to advanced level
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar field
  • High level analytical skills - Able to think analytically and work well with numbers
  • Storytelling skills - Strong ability to translate complex financial KPIs, operational variances, and P&L drivers into concise storylines and takeaways
  • Team player, good with processes coordination
  • Good communication skills
