We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and validate electronic hardware systems. The role involves schematic design, prototype development, hardware bring-up, component library management, and technical documentation creation. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electronic circuits and create schematics using Cadence OrCAD/Allegro
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve electronic component libraries.
- Collaborate with PCB Layout Engineers to define design constraints, review PCB layouts, optimize component placement and routing, and ensure compliance with signal integrity, power integrity, EMC, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.
- Build up and validate hardware prototypes.
- Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct hardware verification and validation testing using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Create and maintain hardware design documentation, reference designs, test reports, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with software, system, and mechanical engineers during integration and validation activities.
- Support product maintenance and continuous improvement activities throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
- Knowledge of EE CAD design tools: OrCAD Capture, Allegro, Altium Designer, A365, etc.
- Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
- Experience in component selection, library management, and design documentation.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
Soft skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and ideas to different stakeholders.

This position will be contracted through a Bosch vendor . The initial contract duration will be 3 months . Any contract extension will be discussed toward the end of the initial contract period.
