As a Customer Logistics Expert for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Bosch Power Tools, you will be involved in day-to-day customer logistics operations for our Country Sales Organization (CSO).

Based in Budapest office, you will closely collaborate with our Sales and Logistics Warehouse team, the International Distribution Center in Germany, our customers and service providers, as well as with Business Units and central departments at Bosch Power Tools. You will also represent our CSO on cross-regional logistics committees, i. e.

round tables, monthly LOG guild, and overarching logistics projects.

Your tasks:

  • Customer & Sales Interface: Act as the first level of operational escalation and fixed point of contact for customer logistics-related matters (e.g., claims, order fulfillment issues, and after-sales returns)
  • Operational Steering: Steer order fulfillment operations in close collaboration with Sales Key Accounts, Warehouse & Transport (internal/external Service providers ) and Customer Sales back office.
  • Sales Support: Preparation and Participation in Customer Logistics Meetings to support Sales & Key Account Colleagues in customer negotiations or visits
  • KPIs: Ensures target achievement of assigned Supply Chain KPIs (e.g., Outbound Quota, OFQ1-3 als known as OTIF, Lead Time).
  • KPI & Cost Steering: Monitor and actively steer logistics KPIs and regional supply chain costs, identifying process optimization and cost-saving opportunities .
  • Logistics Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Drive logistics improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance.
  • System Key-User: Assume the role of SAP Key User for delivery-to-customer to orchestrate system interfaces with SAP and WMS.
  • Surcharges & Contracts: Review and ensure that standard logistic conditions and logistics surcharge rules are correctly applied in customer contracts.
  • Tender Support: Provide country-specific logistics requirements for regional warehouse and transport tender projects.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations and project management
  • Analytical skills and Ability to negotiate with customers on contractual clauses
  • Proficient ERP/SAP system knowledge (S4/Hana expertise as plus), Power-BI, Microsoft standards tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and agile mindset
  • Language skills: English fluent, German basic
