Communication Coordinator – Bosch North Africa F/M

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “ Communication Coordinator – Bosch North Africa ” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:

• Work closely with the executive team to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and create a positive environment for business success.
• Lead employee communications to support company objectives and bring Bosch’s mission, vision, and values to life across a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Create and distribute clear, engaging written, verbal, and digital communications to share company’s story with internal and external stakeholders, such as media, content-generating internet users and associates.
• Protect the company’s reputation by anticipating, identifying, and managing potential communication risks and supporting effective communication during crises.
• Ensure that all local communication activities align with Bosch’s global communications strategy.
• Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Digitalization, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic, with excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in Communications or Public Relations.
• Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop, implement, and oversee integrated communication strategies and measure the effectiveness of communication activities.
• Strong knowledge of digital communications, social media, and AI applications in communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and build relationships within a global, matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• High ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
