Registered Nurse Rehab

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Facility: Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH)

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend (Friday and Saturday nights)

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients, including a high population of neurological and stroke patients. Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, patient education, and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Medical-surgical nursing skills and experience preferred.
• Stroke certification is a plus, but not required.
• Must be comfortable caring for neurological patients.
• Heparin drips are not administered on this unit.
• Some flexibility with Sunday night scheduling may be available.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
