**POSITION SUMMARY**

The IT Manager is to lead all aspects of IT service delivery and manage technical support for Zocalo Community Development, providing direction and oversight of IT support resources and ensuring services are delivered with excellence. The IT Manager is responsible for new technology deployment, software support for all applications, and resolution for hardware needs.

This includes such areas as Real Page Property Management software support, end\- user computing, video conferencing, mobile device assistance, IoT devices, access/identity management, and security management in partnership with our contracted MSP.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.

**Software Administration \& Support**: (60%)

o Implement, monitor, and oversee all IT software applications and hardware needs for company employees and other stakeholders

o Coordinate and oversee software systems and hardware needs in partnership with our contracted MSP

o Assist with the setup, launch, and day\-to\-day support of software applications. This includes Real Page (OneSite), Yardi Voyager, Screening, Paysan, Rent Café, Site Manager, Sage and Sage Paperless

o Track and complete end\-user questions and concerns through the company’s help desk system

o Coordinate enhancement/customization of the management software and reporting

o Monitoring of the management software systems and ancillary software implementation and updates

o Execute IT project plans within appropriate timelines and budgetary constraints

o Terminate use of and access to various software systems and applications under management as directed by senior management

o Terminate applications and other software as determined appropriate

o Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to other departments

o Perform additional duties or tasks assigned by the Chief Operating Officer

**General Information Technology Oversight \& Support:** (40%)

o Manage end\-user services by supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, audio/visual/conferencing equipment, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, VoIP telephone, and other applications and services

o Coordinate and assist external, contracted MSP in maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient network. This includes working with contracted MSP to ensure all data is secure and can be restored

o Assist in implementation of programs and projects that support the company’s vision and enhances the knowledge and skills of the organization’s employees

o Act as a point of IT issue escalation for team members, including escalation of critical incidents within Enterprise Infrastructure \& Operations

o Develop and update the company policy and procedures as it relates to the management software and IT related needs in partnership with contracted MSP

o Collaborate department heads to budget, procure and deploy new technology related to company growth and new hires in tandem with contracted MSP as applicable

o Maintain a detailed inventory for all equipment in tandem with contracted MSP

o Manage software licensing, support renewal contracts and budget for applications use for services such as Real Page (OneSite), Yardi Voyager, Screening, Paysan, Rent Café, GoDaddy, Egnyte, Site Manager, Sage and Sage Paperless

**CORE COMPETENCIES**

· Working knowledge of Real Page property management software, required. Super User experience a plus

· Proficient in communicating technical information to non\-technical audiences

· Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite function and management at scale, including Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) licensing, configuration management

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each major responsibility satisfactorily. · HS diploma or equivalent.

· Experience with and excellent working knowledge of a small to mid\-size business enterprise IT infrastructure

· Advanced knowledge and experience managing a help desk environment including managing multiple user tickets, escalation of high priority tickets and managing overall customer satisfaction

· Understanding of user file shares, file services, and related technologies

· Experience with enterprise Wi\-Fi, wired/ethernet switching and cabling, and working knowledge of IP addressing, subnets, VLANs, firewalls and routers

· Advanced knowledge of enterprise video conferencing specifically based on Microsoft Teams, including conference room technology such as Teams Room Systems and various EOM hardware platforms.

· Experience with computer room / data center racking, cabling, power, and basic device trouble shooting

· Understanding of IT Security and compliance principles and best practices

· Familiarity with Microsoft CA/PKI (certificate) services, multi\-factor authentication (MS AAD MFA, O365\)

Must be inner\-directed. Must be adaptable and able to react favorably in stressful and potentially confrontational situations, becoming a leader in and out of the organization. Must be able to receive direction from colleagues as well as be able to communicate well and give clear, consistent instruction to others.

Must be able to adapt to novel and varied situations daily.

**Physical Requirements**

Manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, ability to reach and bend using 2\-step stool while safely lifting and lowering boxes. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business\-related events.

**Work Environment**

This position is a full\-time and primarily involves work in an office or at an apartment community. This position may, from time to time, include work outside of the office at meetings or presentations. There may be periods of extended work hours including, though limited, evenings and weekends

Pay: $75,000\. 00 \- $85,000\. 00 per year
