Work Location: In-Person Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Opening Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time opportunity with a well-established multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Cottonwood Heights, Utah .

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys hands-on patient care, individualized rehabilitation, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on each patient's needs Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and appropriate interventions Help patients improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall function Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate Educate patients regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention, and continued recovery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care Maintain a professional, positive, and patient-focused treatment environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Utah licensure Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional, dependable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Preferred Experience Outpatient physical therapy or rehabilitation Orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation Workers’ compensation or occupational injury cases Personal injury or motor vehicle accident rehabilitation Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment New graduates who are eligible for Utah PT licensure and demonstrate strong clinical and patient-care skills are encouraged to apply.
