Job Summary

Yvonne's is seeking an organized and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of guest service. The ideal candidate will coordinate staff activities, support restaurant management, monitor operational performance, and help ensure that service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Supervise, support, and train restaurant team members.
• Coordinate staff schedules, shift assignments, and coverage.
• Monitor service quality and help maintain a positive guest experience.
• Address guest concerns professionally and assist with service recovery.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate food service.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering needs.
• Help manage labor costs and operating expenses.
• Ensure dining areas and kitchen spaces meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow applicable food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Maintain operational records and communicate updates to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant operations.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
