Specialty MedSpa & Wellness is a physician-led aesthetic practice in The Colony, TX, led by Dr. Koteshwara Nadipalli. We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice aesthetic medicine the right way: full-face assessment, treatment plans built around the patient, and the clinical freedom to say no when no is the right answer.

This is not a training role. It's for a confident, clinically skilled injector with at least 2 years of hands-on neurotoxin and dermal filler experience. You understand consultation, patient retention and refined, natural results, and you want a practice with the physician support and professional credibility to match.

AT A GLANCE

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends. Full-time, with part-time (2–3 weekdays) available
• Pay: Competitive hourly pay plus negotiable commission

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

• Competitive hourly pay from day one, giving you income stability while you build your patient base
• Commission on top of hourly pay, negotiated individually. Tiers and thresholds are finalized at the offer stage and confirmed in writing before your start date
• Earnings that grow as your patient base grows
• An established patient following is welcome and factored into your commission terms, but it isn't required
• Marketing and patient acquisition support from our in-house team

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Consultation and treatment planning

• Lead comprehensive consultations with full-face aesthetic assessment
• Build long-term, phased, multi-visit treatment plans that optimize outcomes
• Educate patients on realistic expectations, safety and post-treatment care

Treatment Delivery

• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments across the full face with advanced technique and anatomical precision
• Deliver natural, balanced results aligned with practice standards
• Manage complications calmly and confidently, following practice protocols
• Integrate injectables with our device, laser and skincare services, recommending complementary treatments where they genuinely serve the patient's plan

Patient Relationships and Growth

• Turn consultations into treatment through trust and expertise, not pressure
• Build retention and rebooking through long-term patient relationships
• Grow your patient base with support from our marketing team

Clinical Quality and Collaboration

• Maintain accurate documentation in Zenoti and full medical compliance
• Partner with Dr. Nadipalli on protocols, case review and outcomes
• Take part in advanced trainings to keep refining your technique
• Support overall clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

• Active Texas APRN license in the Nurse Practitioner role, in good standing
• 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting as an NP in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery or physician-led practice
• Independent competence with neurotoxins and full-face dermal fillers
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection practice
• Calm, confident complication management, including hyaluronidase protocol
• Confident consultation and communication skills, with a professional, patient-focused manner

Nice to have

• Laser and energy-based device experience
• A portfolio or social media showing your own work
