Position: Part-Time Community Outreach & Marketing Specialist

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Approximately 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional community events outside regular business hours.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid field-based and remote administrative work.

The employee will spend approximately two days per week conducting in-person community outreach throughout Houston and surrounding areas. The remaining scheduled hours will focus on outbound marketing calls, email outreach, social media content creation, and follow-up with community partners.

Performance Expectations

The employee will be responsible for meeting established part-time marketing goals, maintaining accurate outreach records, and submitting weekly activity reports.

A 90-day performance review will be conducted to evaluate productivity, professionalism, marketing effectiveness, and opportunities for continued employment and growth.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
