Junior Teen Sales Associate ($100+ a day)

Youth for a Better America is looking for outgoing, expressive, and high-energy teenagers to join our weekend sales and entrepreneurship program! You will work at sales events throughout the fort worth, Arlington area and would need transporation to and from the events.

If you are in theater, choir, dance, debate, athlete, or just someone who loves talking to people, this is the perfect part-time job for you. We offer a highly flexible weekend schedule that easily works around your rehearsal calendars, school plays, and sports commitments. What You Will Do:

• Stand out in front of our vendor booths at local malls and major community events.
• Enthusiastically approach and engage with shoppers to share our mission.
• Sell our popular pre-packaged candy products to help fund youth scholarship awards.
• Learn real-world business, communication, and confidence-building skills.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bold, outgoing personalities who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation.
• Theater, arts, speech, or debate backgrounds are a massive plus!
• High energy, big smiles, and a great attitude that stays positive.
• Reliable team players who can commit to at least 2 weekend shifts a month.
