**About the Role**

Join a rehabilitation\-focused healthcare team providing personalized physical therapy to patients working toward improved mobility, strength, balance, and independence. The role focuses on patient\-centered care, functional recovery, and collaborative treatment planning.

**Mandatory Requirements to Apply**

• Active **Georgia Physical Therapist License**
• Current **CPR/BLS certification**
• **Less than 1 year Experience**
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment\-planning skills
• Experience developing individualized rehabilitation programs

**Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other care team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and home programs.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
