Solutions Architect

**Position requirements – Solutions Architect**

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• Highly organized, with the ability to work in a demanding, client\-focused, team environment.
• Strong understanding of leading technologies, industry trends and XBP core services.
• Experience in preparing client facing communications.
• Experience in governance \& methodologies design and implementation
• Thorough understanding of systems used in the management of mailroom operations (equipment, software tools, etc.) including mail metering equipment, folders/inserters, addressing software, package tracking software; litigation support

Operational management, workflow or business process consulting experience in one or more of the following verticals is preferred:

• Insurance
• Financial Services
• Legal
• Technology
• Energy and Consumer Goods

5\-10 years’ experience in a related field

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Willingness to Travel

Also, important to note that this is a remote position in the Eastern USA (must be on EST)

Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred but not required
