Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and manage general ledger activities to ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with actionable financial insights.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and compliance practices.
• Partner with operations and leadership to translate financial data into performance-driving recommendations.

• Qualifications & Skills Proven experience managing general ledger, close processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform variance analysis and interpret results.
• Solid knowledge of internal controls and accounting best practices.
