Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategic recommendations to address them
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement financial plans and projects that align with the organization's strategic goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare finance, with a focus on financial management and analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting software (e.g. Excel, budgeting software)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
