Annapolis Junction, MD Required Clearance Level: TS Description This candidate will be primarily focused designing and testing new integrated circuits and hardware components for a wide variety of applications and research; designing, documenting, and developing code for a variety of programmable hardware devices; analyzing the function of existing integrated circuits and hardware components; and conducting the necessary hardware engineering and related functions to modify/adapt hardware to meet project needs.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of hardware design experience in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design or reverse engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (Five (5) years of additional hardware design engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree) Experience PCB layout and schematic capture Experience in designing new products and processes and maintaining existing products Applying ASIC or FPGA place and route (P&R) tools with various libraries to create physical implementations of designs Experience with developing and maintaining documentation for P&R design flows Experience in providing technical leadership to less experienced engineers Excellent communication skills with team and clients (both written and verbal communications) Team-based collaborative abilities Resourceful in terms of problem-solving and troubleshooting Benefits Of Working At WT Small Business – Agile and Competitive 15% 401(k) Contribution Exceptional Medical, Rx, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life, AD&D, and Disability (Short- and Long-Term) Insurance Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays Flexible Work Schedules Woodsong Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
