Marketing Coordinator -- Multifamily Real Estate Management Firm

Wiseman Residential is a Los Angeles property management company with a portfolio of more than 3,000 residential apartments spread across over 100+ properties throughout Los Angeles and beyond. We are hiring our first in-house dedicated Marketing Coordinator to impact how our communities are found, seen, and leased.

This is a rare chance to build an in-house marketing function from the ground up, with direct access to leadership and real authority over strategy.

You will run our online listing presence, keep our websites current and effective, and build a social media program that does not fully exist yet, including launching new channels like TikTok and Pinterest. You will create the content yourself, capturing photo and video at our properties and turning it into finished posts.

You will work closely with our regional managers, directors, and leasing teams, and you will be accountable for results: lead volume, lead quality, and brand reputation.

What you will do

• Manage all rental listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, and other internet listing services (ILS), keeping availability, photos, and copy accurate and compelling, displaying pricing as provided by the pricing team, and tracking performance and lead sources
• Maintain floor plan listings on every platform, including unit types, square footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, floor plan images and renderings, and the link between each floor plan and its available units
• Maintain and improve our property websites, including content updates, SEO, and analytics
• Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms; schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms as needed; and launch and grow new channels including TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Capture original photo and video content at our properties and in the surrounding neighborhoods, and edit it into finished posts, reels, and short-form video including Reels. This is a hands-on, content-creating role, not a role that only plans and delegates
• Monitor trends and analytics to grow our brand presence and engagement.
• Plan and manage paid advertising, email campaigns, and resident communications
• Ensure all marketing and advertising complies with Fair Housing and California requirements
• Report regularly to leadership on performance, with clear recommendations

What you bring

• 3+ years of marketing experience, a preferably in the real estate industry
• Hands-on experience managing ILS accounts and syndication on platforms such as Zillow and Apartments.com, including floor plan setup and maintenance
• Demonstrated success creating, running, and growing social media pages
• Skilled in videography, content creation, and basic editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Working knowledge of website management, SEO, GEO, and Google Analytics
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for property descriptions or blog posts
• Willingness to travel regularly to properties across our portfolio
• Understanding of Fair Housing advertising rules
• Comfort with data, and the judgment to act on it
• Multifamily property management experience is a plus
• Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or ProspectPortal experience is a strong plus
• Experience in the Los Angeles rental market

Compensation

Compensation is hourly and ranges from $25-$30 per hour based on experience.
