Hiring: Senior Marketing Data Scientist – Credit Cards | San Francisco, CA | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Data Scientist with strong expertise in credit card marketing, direct mail campaigns, SQL, Python/R, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will develop data-driven marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, and Tableau
• Direct Mail (DM) campaign experience is mandatory

, including pre-screened (PS) and invitation-to-apply (ITA) campaigns

• Experience managing campaign planning, forecasting, audience selection, execution, and performance monitoring
• Strong understanding of credit card marketing strategies, campaign profitability, and customer acquisition
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of marketing funnel optimization, CPA, ROI, customer growth, and retention
• Experience building data pipelines using Airflow, preferably with Snowflake
• Experience with consumer bureau data, such as Experian or TransUnion (TU)
• Financial services or banking industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

Interview Process:

• 3 rounds: 1 hiring manager round followed by 2 client rounds
• Every round includes a technical assessment covering SQL coding, an in-depth walkthrough of previous projects, and communication skills
