Winsight Staffing is hiring a Hotel & Event Sales Account Executive in Dallas, TX, for a hotel and event venue seeking to grow its sales and bookings.

Are you good at building relationships, connecting with customers, and closing sales? This opportunity combines hospitality, event sales, account management, and business development.

You'll work with individuals, businesses, and organizations looking for hotel accommodations, meeting rooms, and event spaces. From corporate meetings and conferences to weddings, banquets, and private events, you'll help customers find the right space while driving new business.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and develop prospective client relationships.
• Promote hotel rooms, meeting facilities, and event spaces.
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
• Conduct venue tours and present available packages and services.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
• Prepare proposals, discuss pricing, and secure bookings.
• Coordinate with hotel and event teams to support a positive customer experience.
• Track sales activity, follow up on opportunities, and work toward revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest or experience in sales, hospitality, or event services.
• Ability to build professional relationships and follow up with clients.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities.
• Goal-oriented with an interest in developing new business.
