Job Summary - PT Accountant or PT Accountant / PT Sales

Looking for an ambitious, committed employee with accounting experience, attention to detail and who has an interest in the sporting goods business.

Individual will be responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, data recording, inventory restocking / ordering, DOT program maintenance (driver record maintenance, IRP, IFTA reporting), computer trouble shooting, social media postings, miscellaneous other tasks. Experience in Excel and QuickBooks a must.

The other aspect of the job deals with retail firearms sales. Requirements include providing excellent customer service, extensive knowledge of firearms products, knowledge of concepts and practices of shooting sports on the sales floor. Good communications skills are a must.

Preferred experience - 3 years in retail sales. Accurate and efficient completion of sales transactions and maintaining proper cash accountability at the register. Occasional evenings, sporting goods banquets.

Would also consider an internship candidate. Willing to work around school hours.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
