Account Manager – Print Industry Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually Position Overview Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a print and packaging manufacturer in Dallas, TX.

This role will manage key customer accounts, coordinate with internal production teams, and ensure customer expectations for quality, service, and delivery are met. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of account management or customer service experience within the printing, labels, or packaging industry .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Scheduling, and Finance to support timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, forecasts, and order milestones.
• Lead customer meetings and provide proactive account updates.
• Resolve service, quality, and delivery concerns.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate print and packaging solutions.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management or customer service experience in printing, labels, or packaging manufacturing.
• Knowledge of pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, pouch packaging, and tamper-evident labels preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience tracking KPIs and account performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX .
