What You’ll Be Selling

Radio advertising across our stations. You’re not just selling ads. You’re helping business owners grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting daily (in-person, phone, networking, referrals)
• Building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Creating customized marketing strategies based on client needs
• Presenting and closing new business
• Growing and maintaining a long-term book of clients

Income & Compensation

• No cap on income
• $50,000 - $75,000 in your first year
• If you can produce, you can earn!

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred. (Media sales is a plus, but not required)
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Confidence, resilience, and ability to handle rejection
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve business problems
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
• Interest in marketing, advertising, and helping businesses grow

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Monday–Friday schedule (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
