- Integrate multiple complex schedules (e.g., machine installation, tooling, programming, qualification) into a single master project plan
- Identify and actively manage critical-path interdependencies across teams and workstreams
Smartsheet Architecture & Reporting
- Build and maintain Smartsheet project architectures from scratch, including templates, automated workflows, and dashboards
- Provide real-time visibility into schedule health, constraints, and risks for leadership and stakeholders

Industrialization & Operational Readiness
- Lead scheduling and coordination for machine start-up, process development, programming, tooling, fixtures, and part qualification
- Ensure alignment between engineering deliverables and manufacturing readiness
- Drive a disciplined handoff from project execution to production ownership
Cross-Functional Coordination (Matrixed Environment)
- Act as the central execution "hub" across CAPEX, CAD/CAM, Deployment, Development, Quality, and Fixture/Part Movement teams
- Coordinate daily across technical and support organizations with shared resources
- Resolve priority and resource conflicts through influence and data-driven tradeoffs
Resource, Risk & Procurement Management
- Identify resource bottlenecks and negotiate solutions to protect project milestones
- Track procurement timing and delivery of tooling, fixtures, and other critical purchased items
- Proactively adjust schedules based on supplier push/pull to minimize impact on start-up dates
Communication & Governance
