POSITION OVERVIEW

This role analyzes sales data for mobile products to identify trends and prepare clear, actionable reports, working under the guidance of the BI Manager. The role builds and maintains dashboards, performs routine health checks on BI systems, supports data workflows, answers ad-hoc business questions, and serves as a point of contact for data-related tasks in joint projects with the Process Innovation team.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Data Analysis & Reporting: Under the guidance of the BI Manager, analyze sales data for mobile products to identify trends and prepare clear, actionable reports.

• Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and support ongoing business monitoring.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and health checks on BI systems, dashboards, and reports to ensure data accuracy and system availability; troubleshoot and escalate issues as they arise.
• Project Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for data-related tasks in joint projects with the Process Innovation team, helping to coordinate efforts and track deliverables under the BI Manager's supervision.
• Data Workflow Support: Assist with the execution and validation of data workflows and processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data queries and analyses to answer specific business questions from the BI Manager and other team members.

• An effective communicator who can clearly present data and findings to team leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Experience: 3-5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying is essential. Expertise in Excel (pivots, advanced functions) and experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field required (the original posting also lists Computer Science, an analytical field, or equivalent experience).
• Communication: Strong ability to translate data into clear reports and communicate findings effectively to the project team and direct manager.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Experience in the telecom industry.
