Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physician Assistant - Certified to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your proactive approach will support patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans, ensuring optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, history taking, and physical examinations.
• Assist in diagnostic evaluation processes using medical imaging, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic tools.
• Administer injections, medications, and treatments such as cryotherapy, electrocautery, suturing
• Manage acute pain cases, and chronic diseases .
• Document patient encounters accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on discharge planning, hospice & palliative medicine, and post-acute care strategies.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current state licensure.
• Experience in a Family Practice Clinic setting..
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation technique
• Demonstrated skills in suturing, cryotherapy, electrocautery
• Ability to perform physical examinations accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on health coaching, pain management, and patient assessment across diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatrics.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
