Morris Health Services is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Day Shift nursing team!

What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess and monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families to coordinate high-quality care.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing assistants and other nursing team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards and regulations.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and coworkers.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide leadership and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and compassionate care.
• Availability to work full-time day shifts, including rotating weekends.
