What You'll Do
AI Platform & Agent Development
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale multi-agent AI orchestration platforms.
- Build intelligent automation frameworks that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and AI development tools.
- Design agent-based workflows that leverage LLMs, reasoning engines, and automation capabilities.
Full-Stack Application Development
- Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
- Build scalable, intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Deliver high-quality software solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and platform evolution.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
- Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities and productivity solutions.
Technical Leadership
- Drive solution scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.
- Influence architecture and implementation decisions for strategic AI initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications

Full-Stack Engineering
- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:

+ Bootstrap
- Experience designing and building modern, responsive web applications.
Generative AI & Agent Engineering
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
- Experience working with AI agent frameworks such as:
+ ADK
+ OpenAI Agent Frameworks
+ LangChain
+ LangGraph
+ Similar AI orchestration technologies
- Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation solutions, and AI-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM integration, and AI application architecture.
Enterprise Software Development
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
- Experience building API-driven systems and distributed architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and software design skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience deploying applications on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience building and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
