Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner We are currently looking for an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (at least one year experience as an PMHNP) to join our growing team! We have 5 other PMHNPs and several other primary care providers, as well as four therapists, an RN and a community health worker.

Strongly prefer candidates who work with pediatric population, at least 13+.

Well Life Medicine is an integrative physical and mental health clinic with locations in Salem and Hillsboro and Woodburn! We offer a unique integrative medical model with primary care providers, mental health specialists, extended hours, urgent care/same day services as well as labs, vaccines.

We focus on collaboration and adequate support!

We offer telehealth visits as well as in-person visits. This position ideally would be a combination of telehealth and in-person in Woodburn. Open to telehealth only for the right fit.

You must be in Oregon AND have an Oregon license.

The schedule can be 4 10s, days or 5 8s.

We have 60 minute intake appointments and 30 minute follow ups. There are plenty of support staff to help with PAs, scheduling, etc!

Job Overview

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for direct patient care; psychiatric intakes, medication management and follow up appointments. The ideal candidate for this position is patient-oriented, team player and enthusiastic about mental health care. Candidates must be currently licensed in Oregon.

Candidates will:

· Be able to apply their expertise by performing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

· Develop patient treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines and protocols

· Cultivate positive therapeutic relationships with our patients

· Utilize patient feedback to monitor and continuously improve patient outcomes

· Simplify their workflow with our easy to use EHR to provide timely and accurate charting and appropriate billing codes for all encounters

· Collaborate with referring physicians and providers to provide timely updates on patient progress throughout treatment

· Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical staff to review treatment plans on a regular basis
