Full Stack Developer

Job Description

WelcomeHome Software is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to help design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working across frontend and backend technologies, building reliable applications, and developing user-friendly features.

In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering team members to improve the company's CRM platform and deliver scalable technology solutions for senior living and home care organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and application integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work with databases and improve application performance.
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.
• Develop and maintain automated software tests.
• Support application updates, deployment, and ongoing improvements.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with React or Stimulus.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
• Familiarity with Redis and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Knowledge of Git, automated testing, and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
