About Book A Maid Book A Maid makes professional home cleaning easy for residents of apartment and condo buildings. We partner with property managers who offer our services to tenants at an exclusive resident discount — a free amenity for the building and a cleaner home for residents.

The role

You'll own a territory of residential buildings: bring new buildings on board, close the partnership yourself, and keep existing partner buildings active. This is a field role — most of your day is spent in buildings, not behind a desk.

What you'll do

• Find apartment and condo buildings in your territory and reach the owner or property manager
• Keep flyers stocked and make sure resident discount emails go out on schedule
• Track leads, visits, and closed buildings in our CRM

What we're looking for

• Self-starter who's comfortable with commission-based earnings
• Enjoys being on the move and talking to people face-to-face
• Organized — plans their own route and follows up without reminders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Field sales, property management, leasing, or hospitality experience is a plus, not required

Compensation

• Weekly Pay
• Uncapped commission on every completed tenant booking from every building in your territory — the ones you sign and the ones you maintain
• Start with existing partner buildings and earn commission from day one
