Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

4-Week Temporary Assignment | Primary Care Office

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide temporary coverage at an established primary care office for approximately four weeks. Starting Dec 14 of 2026

This is a great opportunity for a provider looking for a short-term assignment in a welcoming outpatient primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine primary care services to adult patients.
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and follow-up visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Review laboratory results and coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide quality, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification required.
• Previous primary care or family medicine experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
