Role summary:

What you'll do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural best practices.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components to support automation and multi-step reasoning.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote standardization and sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Utilize data-driven practices to define success metrics and optimize development processes.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts through innovation and tooling enhancements

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices.
• Skilled in data-driven decision making to define metrics, optimize processes, and ensure engineering excellence.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
